Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The referral program is open to all existing customers of EZ On the Earth who have previously purchased a recycling kit.
  • Referrals must be new customers who have not previously purchased from EZ On the Earth.

2. Referral Rewards

  • Reward for Friends: Referees (new customers) will receive a 5% discount on their first purchase of a recycling kit using the referral link.
  • Reward for Existing Customers: Referrers (existing customers) will receive a 5% discount on their next purchase of a recycling kit after the referee completes their first purchase using the referral link.

3. How to Participate

  • Existing customers can generate a unique referral link through their EZ On the Earth account.
  • The referral link must be shared with friends who are new customers.
  • New customers must use the referral link to make their first purchase for both parties to qualify for the discount.

4. Redemption of Rewards

  • The 5% discount for the new customer is applied automatically at checkout when using the referral link.
  • The 5% discount for the existing customer will be applied to their account after the new customer's purchase is confirmed. The discount will be available for use on the next purchase.

5. Limitations

  • Each existing customer can refer an unlimited number of friends but can only use one discount per purchase.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • The referral discount for both parties is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Fraud and Abuse

  • EZ On the Earth reserves the right to disqualify any referrals or participants who are found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or violating the terms and conditions of the referral program.

7. Program Changes

  • EZ On the Earth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the EZ On the Earth website or via email.

8. Liability

  • EZ On the Earth is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect the participation or rewards distribution in the referral program.
